All nomination and enrollment fees are maintained in money market investment accounts at federally insured banks. Promotional and administrative expenses (not to include the web site)  are estimated to be less than 15% of the stallion enrollment and breeder nomination fees  each year. The balance of all fees received and the interest earned will be used as added money for the Atlantic Breeders Incentive Program in future years. The Atlantic Breeder’s board of directors can change or improve the rules at any time or can cancel the program and if so, will reimburse nominations minus 15%.
